Frequently Asked Questions

Go to your Account page and click "Reset password." We'll send a reset link to the email address on your account. Click the link in that email and you'll be taken to a page where you can set a new password.

To update the email address on your account, contact us at support@sacredlineage.net with your current email and the new one you'd like to use. We'll make the change for you.

Go to your Account page and scroll to the "Danger Zone" section. Click "Delete account," then confirm when prompted. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data. If you are on a paid plan, your subscription will be cancelled at the same time. This action cannot be undone.

Go to your Account page and click "Upgrade to Sacred Pro." You'll be redirected to our secure Stripe checkout to complete your purchase for $4.99/month. Once payment is confirmed, your Pro features — personal study notes, PDF exports, relationship filters, and more — are unlocked immediately.

Go to your Account page and click "Manage Billing." This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel at any time. Your Pro access continues through the end of the current billing period.

We offer refunds on subscription purchases made within the last 7 days. Email support@sacredlineage.net with the email address on your account and the reason for your request. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

The family tree is an interactive force-directed graph. Scroll to zoom in and out, click and drag to pan, and click any node to select a biblical figure and open their info panel. The tree displays connections between hundreds of figures across the Old and New Testament.

PDF export is a Sacred Pro feature. Select any biblical figure in the tree by clicking their node, then click the PDF export button in their info panel. The exported PDF includes the person's details, relationships, and any personal study notes you've written.

Relationship filtering is available on Sacred Pro and Church Ministry plans. A filter bar appears above the tree — click any relationship type (Parent/Child, Spouse, Sibling, Teacher, Forerunner, Friend, or Relative) to show or hide those connections. Click "Show all" to reset. Free users see a preview of the filters but cannot interact with them.

Go to your Account page and click "Ministry Dashboard." Enter a member's email address in the "Invite Member" section and click "Send Invite." They'll receive an email with a link to join your ministry. Your Church Ministry plan includes up to 25 member seats.

The Ministry Dashboard shows a seat gauge with your current usage and remaining seats. To free up a seat, find the member in the Members table and click "Remove." You can reactivate a removed member at any time as long as seats are available.

In your Ministry Dashboard, scroll to "Curriculum Study Sets" and click "+ New Study Set." Give it a title, an optional description, and select the biblical figures you want to include using the people picker. Once saved, you can open the study set in Teaching Mode for use during services or group classes.
